Friday January 28th, 2005 It's been a few months since my requisition of this website. There have been numerous additions (mostly photos) which much to my surprise, include a blogger! Who'd a thought. I hope this digital "diary" will serve as an inventory of sorts for my passion of gardening. Today I received a surprise email from my dear long time friend Angela. It had been much too long since we had spoken, was good to hear about her children. Surprised to know there was a new addition! Congratulations, they are beautiful! Evidence of your love shines through their happy faces! I can't wait to meet them.
"A true
friend is someone who thinks that you are a good egg even though he knows that
you are slightly cracked." Many people will
walk in and out of your life, but only true friends will leave footprints
in your heart.
Recently I acquired my very own website URL. This is a personal website which contains information about myself, family and friends. Unfortunately I'm not much of a writer, so the journey will be a visual one. I love reading words of all kinds, the new internet "blog" is quite entertaining. Perhaps I should begin one of my own for therapy....NOT! A little information about myself before you browse through my site. I live in Northwestern Arkansas with my six-year-old son Skylar and newly to-be husband James. My blood sweat and tears have gone towards developing garden space around my new home. I spend a lot of time on the internet browsing Dave's Garden and other plant related websites. My gardening efforts is reflected in this simple statement: All gardeners
live in beautiful places because they make them so. I make it so. Maybe not today, tomorrow, or next year but it will be accomplished! I've found that the initial spot for a plant may not be most ideal. An extensive amount of photographs were taken this past year to show the placement and variety of the plants I have chosen. There were two main reasons for the photographs. Firstly, to document the placement and variety of plant, a digital inventory. Secondly, to share progress with my long distance family members. I've found though, my digital inventory serves a third purpose. Gardeners love to see what other Gardeners have sown. I think those who Garden would agree.
